Cancellation Policy

We know that at times students may need to cancel orders because they are not academic or personal emergencies. We attempt to do it as smoothly as possible without compromising our crew and customers. The following are situations under which order cancellations are accepted:

• Duplicate Orders: If a student accidentally places the same order twice, we can cancel the second order upon the client's request.
• Change of Requirements: If your tutor insists on an urgent change in the requirements of the assignment after you have ordered, you can ask for cancellation before we start the work.
• Non-availability of Experts: If we for any reason cannot provide a suitable expert for your order, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your full payment.
• Deadline Time Limits: If we are unable to deliver your order within the quoted time limit, you may choose cancellation.
• Breaking Terms: We also have the right of order cancellation if the customer is violating one or more of our Terms & Conditions.

Important Points:

• Cancellation would be possible within 48 hours (2 working days) of the date of confirmation of order.
• In case the deadlines are less than 4 days or it is an urgent order, cancellation of the placed order would be free of charges.
• Cancellation of a query submitted beyond the timeframe might not be allowed, and some part of the work will be in process in such a scenario.
• A query or a request can be canceled by communicating with our support team as soon as possible by sending an email or through a live chat..
